Organic Grass Fed quark and firm pressed cottage cheese
Both are very high in protein and low in fat as it is from the skimmed milk left from making butter.
This Quark is lovely and more chunky/creamy like a wet cottage cheese, it is also low in sodium. The cottage cheese is pressed so more dry and has a lovely mildly salty flavour so more dry making it perfect as a feta substitute.
Lovely with fruit and seeds, salads, sliced tomato w/avocado and both are an excellent base for creamy salad dressing or tossed in your favourite pastas.
