I have used this blend in many of my old "gluten" based recipes and it works great.

Ingredients
Grain-Free Flour Mix
300g buckwheat flour or chestnut flour
200g almond flour
100g finely ground golden flax seed
200g arrowroot flour
I double this recipe and keep in airtight container.
Instructions
Mix all together and store in an air tight container.
